About the College of Music The College of Music, one of the largest and most comprehensive schools of music in the United States, is ranked among the leading music institutions in the nation. With almost 2,000 music majors, the College offers Baccalaureate, Master's, DMA, and PhD degrees in a number of music disciplines. In addition to the computer music facilities in CEMI, the College of Music provides a general access computer laboratory for students of all levels. This laboratory contains over 40 computer workstations used for music notation, ear training, MIDI sequencing, and audio production. The lab also includes a high-end computer workstation dedicated to video editing and post-production. Although the general access lab primarily provides computer access to students, a small number of technology-based courses are also offered in this space. The College of Music encourages undergraduates and graduates in all programs to explore the resources available at this exclusive facility.
